The main Objective of “IEA” i.e. IT Enabled Academia is to auto generate the reports and faster access the information from these reports. The current automated process for generate schedule/time-table without any of clashes among teachers, day, time and room that must be visible to all. The Academy can integrates with all Academic members and Students also so that it can get weekly/monthly/yearly reports. The process of reporting should be centralized. The interactive features of this project helps users and also saves a precious time. This project helps in maintaining and improving the security. |

| Purpose |
|
The purpose of our project is to develop a client server application which will provide facility to Academia to faster access the information from the system activities for submitting the reports. The main purpose of IT Enabled Academia to automate the routine teaching-learning support activities so the academics authority can monitor it and control the things. It starts from Time-table generation on available resources like programs’ , courses, subjects, teachers, lecture room/lab references. Assignments/lecture notes upload, Daily class attendance, student feedback, exams marks updating and students/faculty profile management would be the integral part of this System. There are several keywords used : information technology, executive management, technology specialists, organization development, managing change. |

We will improve service by providing an information system to respond to whole system inquiries. There should be provision for combined classes, guest lecture, faculty timing preferences, room capacity, various lecture durations etc. Faculty can put lecture plan, teaching slides/exercise for their lectures that’d be accessible to students. At the day end, students can give online feedback/suggestions online. Any change in master data or timetable made by User Data Manager and Subject Teacher must be approved by D before display. Attendance and day-to-day student performance upload facility to teacher. Secure registration and profile management facilities for different users
Strategic data and graphs for admin and college / university authority to see utilization for resources. Basic and advance admin facilities like add/update users Data Manager and Subject Teacher, backup/recovery of data, generating various reports etc. |
